The result: a highly effective design program with instant recognition in both static and moving media.

The previous identity focused heavily on the physical product, the card reader, and the benefits of the technology but not so much on the emotional aspects of running your own business. We wanted to create a dynamic brand that could represent the vast variety of iZettle users around the globe, and make them feel part of the brand.
By showing an honest, real world picture of what it’s like to run a business, we instill trust but also motive people to take their first step to start and run your own business. One of the new hero elements is the ever changing Z symbol that capture the positive energy of small business owners and that has the ability to adapt to different categories of products and services. The flexibility of the logotype has not just enabled iZettle to stay relevant towards existing and future customers, but also create instant recognition and endless expressions in static and moving media.
